Recruitment Thread

You know, I was looking over the forum and realize, wow we don't have a recruitment thread.
So here we go.  If you have ever been tempted to join a scanlation group then here's a good chance since we're a small-time group hoping to expand somewhat.

Right now we are in need of:

Editors (Please have prior experience)
Translators (Japanese > English) 
Proofers (Mad english skills)
Quality Checkers

Bolded are what we REALLY need right now.
Although no prior experience is required, it'd save us a lot of headache if you know what you're doing.
